How To Advance From One Rank To Another

Everyone starts at the 1ST RANK or “GEA-1.” It is where you form your COVENANT team of 15 people (including you) with a mutual promise to help one another become successful and make sure that nobody gets left behind. Our unique system which automatically fills vacant positions from left to right in all ranks, plus the collective effort of everyone working together will help in making it easy for you to form and complete your team.
Below is a step-by-step illustration on how to advance through the “Ranks” and what benefits you receive from each of them.

In illustrations below, why are the Leadership Award figures hidden? In this presentation of “Ranks,” the Leadership Award figures are not shown because most of them are exceptionally huge and we don’t want them to be used as an inducement to enroll in our program. Only the members will know because their members “Training Manual” and DVD will contain the pertinent information. When you become a member, you will discover how generous the “Leadership Awards” are.

Step No.1 - Form a team of fifteen including you. The automated system will help you form your team. (This will be explained in the member's manual.) In GEA 1, you will receive the success kit with the “tools,” instructions and the primary Wisdom, Wellness and Wealth courses. Study the courses in the “back office” of your web site and take the tests when you are ready. When you pass them, you can print the certificate, which is one of the two requirements to advance to the next rank. The other requirement is to complete your team of fifteen including you. Once you complete these two requirements, you will receive your Leadership Award and be promoted to GEA-2.

Step No. 2 - When the 14 people you left in GEA-1 follow you to GEA-2 to complete your team of 15 again, and if you have the certificate showing that you passed the courses offered in that rank, you get another Leadership Award and be promoted to GEA-3.

Step No. 3 - From GEA-3 to the Grand Master Rank, you only have to help 6 people to follow you to the rank that you are in. When you complete your team of seven (6 members plus you) in whatever rank you are in, and passed the courses offered in that rank, you will again be rewarded with a Leadership Award and be promoted to the next rank or GEA-4.

Step No. 4 - As you advance from one rank to another, the “Leadership Award” gets bigger and bigger. You will also be receiving American Eagle Silver and Gold Bullion Coins. When you “graduate” from GEA-7, your Leadership Award will absolutely be massive.

Step No. 5 - From GEA-7, you will be promoted to the ultimate destination, the Grand Master Circle. But before you are allowed to get into the circle, you have to go through a general exam. The exam has two parts. The first part is a written exam to find out how much you have learned form the courses. The second part is the number of humanitarian merits you have earned from the beginning. The humanitarian merits are based on documented compassionate service you have performed.

Step No. 6 - After the Masters Exam, there will be a formal graduation and you will be ushered into the Grand Master Circle where you start your residual income. You will end up in the first “base.” (the 1st of 3 bases) When the six people behind you get to where you are, you will be be given your Philanthropic Award that is incredibly big and you will be promoted to the 2nd “base.” Every time you complete your team of seven in each “base,” you will receive the same award over and over and over again.

How Does One Join Our Program?

1. If you are at least 18 years old and desire to participate in the charitable and humanitarian projects of the Glowing Heart Society and believe in its vision, mission, and principles, you can join the association at no cost.

2. If you wish to partake of the great benefits of the “Wisdom, Wellness and Wealth” Program, fill out the GHS-GEA Application Form completely and PAY A ONE-TIME TUITION FEE OF $150.00 with absolutely NO Autoship or any Additional Expense. An exceptionally small amount to pay for everything that you will receive, most of which are priceless.
