“Earn-While-You-Learn" Mentoring System

This is a “Turnkey” Wealth-Building System designed to generate a massive cash-flow for you. It comes from Endowments, Grants and revenue sharing, and is given in the form of Leadership and/or Achievement Awards. It also offers an opportunity to multiply your cash flow by expanding to a multi-income stream operation. It is a powerful system with 8 Phases or “steps” of advancement.

LEADERSHIP AND ADVANCEMENT AWARDS FROM FROM PRIMARY TO GRAND MASTER: Every time you advance to a higher phase, you acquire more knowledge, more benefits and more earnings.

HOW DO YOU ADVANCE TO THE NEXT PHASE? By forming your covenant team with a specified number of team members for a particular phase and helping them advance to the next phase of higher education. What is a covenant team? The covenant is what you and your team members promise each other in working as a team. Your duty is to be a good leader and mentor to members of your team. When you help them advance to the next phase of higher education, you will be rewarded with a Leadership Award and promoted to the next phase. To qualify for Leadership and Advancement Awards, you have to enroll at least two students in the academy. (Sell 2 education packages.) They will serve as your two assistants or associates in leading the team that you formed in the first phase. Once you complete your team of 15 members, you are given an award and promoted to the next phase. You are required to complete a team of 15 members (including yourself) in Phases 1 and 2. From Phase 3 all the way to the “Grand Master” phase you only have to complete a team of seven members.

Step No. 1 - Form a team of fifteen (including you) in Phase 1, where you receive a Success Kit with the education package and “tools.” Once your team is completed, you are given a Leadership Award and promoted to Phase 2.

Step No. 2 - When the 14 people you left in Phase 1 follow you to Phase 2 and complete your team of fifteen, then you are given another Leadership Award and promoted to Phase 3

Step No. 3 - From Phase 3 to The Grand Master Phase, you only have to help six people to follow you to the phase that you are in. When you complete the team of 7 in whatever phase you are in, you are again rewarded with a Leadership Award and promoted to the next phase.

In all these phases you also get your Wisdom, Wellness and Wealth Courses plus your free American Silver and Gold Bullion Coins, your free live seminars and your free personal replicating web site with your own Back Office. When you examine the colored graphics, you will notice that the income is continuously growing and it will become massive.
